After a career in excess of 45 years, with more than thirty-five (35) years devoted to the hotel industry, with particular regard to both domestic and international experience in acquisitions and development; management contract work for and with hotel companies (both public & private) and owner/developers; oversight of operations and owner relations for a branded hotel and casino company; and brokerage and consulting, coupled with a legal and commercial real estate background, I bring a unique basis on which to offer the services of Four Corners Advisors, Inc. as a consultant and advisor to owners or developers, operators, sources of capital and financing, potential buyers and others.

Four Corners’ principal can provide expert services in dispute resolutions ranging from expert advisor and expert witness to full-scale arbitration panelist.

  • Experienced arbitrator in proceedings between parties in a hotel dispute context, whether solo or as part of a panel and whether as a private, dual engagement or under the auspices of AAA or JAMS or other ADR provider (e.g., ICC International Court of Arbitration)
  • Provide “expert” services in “expert dispute resolution” matters designated in certain Hotel Management Agreements
  • Expert services for parties to disputes in hospitality matters, both testifying and advisory expert services
  • Mediation services for ripe disputes in anticipation of litigation or arbitration
